Personal data protection is regulated by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 (“LPDP”). This regulatory framework is complemented by other rules such as:

Costa Rica:

The right to privacy is protected in Costa Rica by Article 24 of the Costa Rican

The protection of personal data in Paraguay is regulated by several provisions

The personal data protection regime is composed of the following regulations.

In The House Project we have implemented the corresponding security measures established by current legislation to ensure the protection of such data.

CONTACT FORM

The following personal information is requested: name, email and phone number to easily respond to www.thehouseproject.foundation users' queries. The data provided will be located on the servers of Hostinger, hosting provider.


SUBSCRIPTION / NEWSLETTER FORM

The following personal data will be requested: name, surname, entity to which it belongs (if applicable) and email, to manage the subscription list, send information, newsletters, special communications. Personal data for newsletters are managed by Mailchimp and their protection will be governed by its own privacy policy.
